Record a physical stock count
A physical count provides an end-of-shift check. Differences are flagged for management; quantities aren't changed automatically.

Check what's physically there. If cartons, servings or ingredients are missing, record the actual received quantity and a reason.

Send stock from commissary
The commissary enters the destination and actual quantities packed. The booth/shop confirms arrival separately.
Record what the commissary actually prepared today
Log finished products or prepared supplies first. Quantities are added to commissary on-hand, not to the booth until delivered and accepted.
Recorded preparations for selected day
Ask the commissary for additional stock
If a booth or shop is running low during its shift, staff can request more. This does not inflate their inventory while waiting.
