If both selfie buttons appear grey, unlock your account first using Employee ID + personal PIN above. The camera never requires Wi-Fi once this phone has been prepared.

One automatic, subtle lighting correction for everyone. No face shaping or mirroring. Hold the phone at eye level about an arm's length away.

Tap the camera picker directly if the in-app camera stays closed. Allow camera permission in your phone Settings. The preview shows the actual saved photo; review left/right orientation before confirming.
