December 13th-Month Pay
Carry forward verified balances, automatically accrue each approved payroll week, then review December release.
Not part of the October 19 payday. The PAY SHEET's second-half 13th-month tab is a running accrual ledger. Opening figures remain unverified until management reconciles the source. Actual disbursement happens in December, only after approval and real payment confirmation.

Regular approved-payroll basic pay already reflects attendance-based lateness and undertime. For October 5–11 historical payroll, eligible basic wages are reduced by verified late/undertime amounts. Overtime, bonuses, allowances, loans, statutory contributions, and other deductions are not included in the accrual formula.
