Salary Payment Register

E-wallet receipts · Cash sales-sheet entries · Partial payments · Unpaid salary balances

Full payslip vs. installments: Payroll's approved NET salary remains unchanged even if you pay in parts. This register only records actual amounts you entered. A screenshot or sales-sheet “Salary” entry is supporting evidence, not independent proof of employee receipt. Recording staggered payments does not alter lawful payday obligations.

The October 5–11 workweek has a scheduled payday of Monday, October 19. Each later week follows the same Monday–Sunday / following-Monday-payday schedule.

Record an actual installment

Enter the amount you actually sent or handed over. If payroll hasn't been approved yet, the transfer is preserved but the outstanding salary will be marked pending reconciliation.

For e-wallet: transfer screenshot. For cash: optional photo of the sales-sheet “Salary” entry. Images are owner-only.

EmployeeApproved NETRecorded paidRemainingStatusInstallments

“Recorded paid” means owner-entered payment evidence. Any employee report disputing receipt must be investigated. An unapproved salary has no calculated remaining balance.

Older outstanding balances

Approved older weeks that are not fully covered by recorded installment entries. These are not automatically settled by a later week's payment.

Employee payment questions

Staff can flag a salary payment shown in their app that they believe was not received. Review the source and provide a private response. Correct mistaken entries by voiding with an audit reason, not deleting history.
